Welcome to Bass Class!
This Bass Class distribution diskette contains a compressed document file
that is the complete operating instructions for the game. To print the
manual, at the DOS prompt type BCDOC then press the ENTER key. This assumes
of course, that you have the Bass Class distribution diskette inserted in
your A: disk drive. A menu will appear that will allow you to:
1. Print the manual
2. Unpack the manual to a disk file
3. Print the registration form
4. Scan the manual for a topic, then display
the information you want.
To register Bass Class, use the registration form at the end of the BCLASS.DOC
file or, run the BCDOC program as described above and select item 3. Fill out
the form and send it along with your cash, check, or money order for $15.00
(in U.S. funds please) to:

Registered users will receive the newest version of the game if the version
they register is not the latest. If the version they have is the latest,
I'll add their name to my list of people to whom I owe an update. When a
new version is released, these people will automatically receive it.
REGISTERED users are also entitled to a FREE CompuServe IntroPak including
a $15.00 usage credit for new members.
There is also a question and answer file on the disk. It's called Q&A.TXT.
This file lists some of the more common questions and problems that people
have expressed regarding Bass Class. If you have trouble, please consult both
the BCLASS.DOC (you HAVE printed haven't you?) file and the Q&A.TXT file
before calling or writing. I've found that almost all problems can be
answered within those documents.
On the disk you'll also find a file called ORDERFRM.TXT. It's an order form
that lists all of my other ShareWare programs. You can also print this form
and use it to order additional software.
INSTALLATION:
Your disk contains a batch file that will make installing Bass Class on your
hard disk easy for you. To install the game, insert the Bass Class diskette
into your A: floppy drive and type A:BCINSTAL C: <then press ENTER>. If you
want to install Bass Class on a drive other than C:, substitute that drive
letter for the C: in the above example. If you already have a previous
version of Bass Class installed, you will have the opportunity to save any
BIG FISH and BIG STRINGER records for use with the new version.
Hopefully, you'll enjoy Bass Class enough to support my efforts by
registering your copy!
Good fishin'!
